By accessing or using the Knoxcrow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. Knoxcrow is operated by DK-Inc Entertainment (PTY) LTD (Reg: K2014030780).
Knoxcrow provides a secure escrow platform for digital transactions, including multi-party vault management, payment processing, identity verification, trust scoring, and dispute resolution services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Knoxcrow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must complete identity verification (KYC) to access certain features and higher transaction limits.
Funds deposited into vaults are held in escrow until release conditions are met. All vault operations are recorded on our immutable ledger. In the event of a dispute, our AI-powered resolution system provides recommendations, but final decisions may involve human review.
Knoxcrow charges fees for certain services including transaction processing, vault creation, and premium features. Fee schedules are disclosed before you confirm any transaction.
You may not use Knoxcrow for illegal activities, money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. Accounts involved in prohibited activities will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
Knoxcrow provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction in question.
